How can I assign users to specific Customers/Affiliates or Departments?

It is possible to configure so that the managers of a job opportunity will see only the processes of the vacancy/job opportunity for which they are responsible. The platform administrator must register the customer in the respective company and/or department through the managers area.






When creating the new job, you select who is the recruiter, who are the people who can lead the process, the Job Manager, and the people who can follow the process.




Another option is to create a list of users for each department where you can include the users of the people responsible for the selection processes of each area who will be able to carry out their selection processes. You can do this from General Config> Departments.
