Within the platform, there are some reports that help the team in decision making and information visualization.
The reports can be either specific to a position or general. To access the reports, go to Recruitment on the side menu and click on "Reports".
On the report page, there are some metrics that can be monitored, such as the number of open and closed vacancies, SLA for closing vacancies, number of hired, number of disapproved, number of PCDs, NPS (Net Promise Score) and source of candidates.
By job, you will be able to see the number of candidates by stage, candidate funnel and the SLA report. Access the page How do I access the report by job opportunity? for more information
