It's possible to find registered candidates on the platform in two ways: filtering through the candidate database or filtering candidates for a specific job posting.
In both cases, you will need to access the recruitment page from the side menu.
Filtering through the talent pool:
In recruitment, click on the option Talent Pool, available in the page menu:
In the "Talent Pool" tab, all candidates will appear. You can find a specific candidate by using the page filters.
On the talent pool page, it's also possible to manually add new candidates through the 'Add Candidate' option.
To filter candidates for a specific position, select the desired position within the recruitment page.
Next, click on the desired job title. A floating tab will open, and within it, click on "Candidates."
Done, now you can view all candidates selected position. I'ts also possible to filter candidates using more specific information. The Page also features a standard dashboard that indicates the source of candidates (Whether the candidate came from Linkedin, Infojobs, Facebook, etc.), as provided in the application
