It is possible to find candidates registered on the platform in two ways: filtering by the candidate base or filtering candidates for a specific position.
In both cases, you will need to access the recruitment page from the side menu:
Filtering by candidate base
In recruitment, click on the Candidates option, available on the page menu:
On the candidates page, you will be able to view all candidates and add search filters such as education level, position, course/area and personality. It is also possible to use more specific filters such as name, e-mail and ID.
On the candidates page it is also possible to add new candidates manually through the "Add Candidates" option.
To filter candidates for a specific job, select the desired job within the recruitment page.
Then, click on the candidates option that will appear in the rightmost menu on the vacancy page
Done! Now It is possible to view all candidates for the selected vacancy. It is also possible to filter candidates using more specific information. The page also has a standard dashboard that informs the source of the candidates (if the candidate came from LinkedIn, Infojobs, Facebook, etc), as informed in the application.
