What can I do if the candidate has a duplicate profile?

Candidates can only register once with the same e-mail address and ID. If he/she registers with another email, we recommend that you change his status to inactivated so you don't lose any data he provided.

Only the JobConvo team have access to the candidate's profile to make the inactivation, we suggest you contact us via email suporte@jobconvo.com if necessary
