How does the admission process work?

The admission of new employees can be done through the Admission page, on the side menu of the platform.

In digital admission, you can send the proposed letter online to the candidate, among other documents, which can be digitally signed. In addition, you can select what types of documentation and information (ID, birth certificate) are needed for a new employee to enter your company for him to send everything through the platform itself. This all speeds up the hiring process and reduces bureaucratic work for the recruiter.

To start the admission process, simply click select the desired candidate and click Send to On Boarding Process and select the desired admission process.
