Video interviews are recorded interviews in which the interviewer sends a list of questions that must be answered in video form during the selection process.
To create a video interview, select video interview from the side menu:
Then click on the "Create New Interview"
Video interview creation is divided into three stages: 1- Interview, 2- Questions, 3- Participants
Under "Interview", you can configure the title, the details of this step, schedule a message to be sent when the interview is complete and select the deadline for this step. You must click "Create Interview" to proceed.
Upon confirmation, you will be able to configure the questions. It is possible to ask up to 10 questions and also select the time the candidate has to read and answer each question.
Having created the questions and confirmed the stage, under "participants" 3 options for sharing this stage will appear:
- Share the interview link
- Invite participants individually
- Invite multiple participants using Excel
After choosing the most appropriate sharing method for your needs, the video interview setup will be live and ready for use.
Customers who do not have the module can acquire it by contacting the sales or responsible customer service.
